Why is your delivery so wide？
We (China Flower Net) is managed by Redant(Redant Multi-media Information Service Co. Ltd.) and CFCS(China Flower culture Chain Store ).Now CFCS has 20 delivery centers , about 200 chain flower stores and more than 700 member flower stores. It covers almost every cites in China.

May I decide the delivery date？
Sure. We'll deliver them on day time according to many possible factors. But please set the delivery time in the day.

Is it possible that what I order can be delivered to the recipient at the same time？
Yes. All the gifts you order will be delivered to the recipient at the same time in most cities. But due to the delivery system, we can't gurantee in every city, but we are sure about the delivery within the time as you request.

May I require the services that you don't have at present？
You may contact with us directly if you need other services. Based on strong delivery system in whole China,We'll try our best to meet your demand,especially your personalized goods by our delivery systems, but your demand must be legal.

How can I know the recipient get the goods that I order？
We will update your order status to " Delivered " after the delivery. You can login in your account and check your order's status any time.

Need I be your member？
At present we use member system, but it's not compellent. Once you become our member, we will remind you kindly the following special days: your friend's birthday, Mid-Austumn ...etc.

We promise that your personal details will keep secret and won't be used for other purposes.

What time is best for me to order the gift?
We support same day delivery in all big cities and many middle and small cities. Of course order ahead 1 to 2 days is welcome.
